Heavy offset disc harrow: VSL 200, VSL 400
Where size mattersOur heaviest disc harrows have been designed for working under hard conditions because of their big penetrating power. In the case of the VSL 200 type it has 200 kg/disc, while the VSL 400 type has 400 kg /disc. Working width of 1.80 to 5.70 m and for tractors of 110 - 400 horse power. Robust constructionThese models have a 200x200x10 chassis, the gangs on the VSL 200 are 50 mm and on the VSL 400 are 60 mm. Greater stabilityHydraulic cylinder on the drawbar with a rubber shock absorber provides driver comfort in the field and on the road. The adjustment of the front disc gang is performed by a turn buckle, which is equipped with a shock absorber (hydraulical adjustment is an option). Large clearanceTo be able to work under extremely hard conditions these discs have a very large clearance so discs with a big diameter can be mounted on them: in the case of the VSL 200 model they have been mounted with cogged discs of 810 mm diameter, gyro tiller and in the case of the VSL 400 model they have 910 or 1020 mm diameter.
